How will my order be dispatched?

Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders over 60 euros. Further details on shipping can be found here In addition to an order receipt confirmation, you will also receive a dispatch confirmation with a corresponding link so that you can track the dispatch status at any time.

What happens if I don't like a product or it is damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, you can of course return it to us free of charge. Please send us an email to: info@buddy-baer.com. You will then receive a returns label. As soon as the goods are back with us, you will be refunded the full amount or we will send you a faultless item. If you don't like your Buddy Bear after all or have changed your mind in the meantime, you can of course make use of your right of cancellation. In this case, please bear the shipping costs for the return shipment. In this case, please also send an email to: info@buddy-baer.com.

When is customer service available?

Our team is available from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00 to answer all your questions and help with any problems. You can reach us by phone (telephone number: 030 88 77 2688) or visit us in person at our shop in Schöneberg. We look forward to helping you!

I am interested in a customised product. How does this process work?

We take a lot of time for customised products. Contact us at info@buddy-baer.com and we will discuss all the details together to make your personalised Buddy Bear a reality.

What material are the Buddy Bears made of?

Our Buddy Bear miniatures are made of polyresin, while the large sculptures are made of fibreglass-reinforced plastic.

How are the Buddy Bears painted?

Painting the Buddy Bears is very easy. Take a look at this video, in which we show how even our youngest artists bring the bears to life. There is also plenty of inspiration on Instagram.

Do the Buddy Bears have to be painted or baked after painting?

After painting, we recommend a final coat of clear varnish to seal the colour. No, you do not have to and must not burn the bears, varnishing is sufficient to make the colour durable.

Can I hire Buddy Bears for events?

Yes, our Buddy Bears are also available for events. They bring joy and colour to every event. Contact us for more information and conditions.
